Terms of service

1. General

The provider is Schio spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Grzybowska 2 lok. 29, 00-131 Warszawa, tax ID 5253061997, court register 0001195685 (“LT24”). These terms govern the use of LandTracker24 by businesses (B2B only; the service is not intended for consumers).

2. The service

LT24 provides a tool for assessing plot locations against criteria defined by the client and for generating PDF reports. Reports are informational, based on public data (Geoportal, Statistics Poland, OpenStreetMap) and are not legal, financial or investment advice. The client verifies the data before any investment decision.

3. Account and access

An account is created by a company representative using a work email; sign-in uses a one-time code. The account owner is responsible for invited team members. A company only sees its own data.

4. Payments and packages

Prices are net; VAT is added. A package includes a set number of reports per billing period; unused package reports expire at the end of the period. Single reports bought separately do not expire. Further versions of a report for the same plot do not use the pool. Payments are processed by Stripe; an invoice is issued for every payment.

5. Cancellation and refunds

A subscription can be cancelled in the billing portal; the package remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds apply to payments charged by mistake or twice and in other cases required by law.

6. Liability

LT24 exercises due care but does not guarantee completeness or timeliness of source data. LT24’s liability to the client is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise.

7. Client data and brand

Data entered by the client (plots, sellers, notes, logo) remains the client’s property. LT24 processes it solely to provide the service, under the data processing agreement (DPA).

8. Final provisions

Polish law applies. Disputes are settled by the court competent for LT24’s registered office. Contact: kontakt@landtracker24.com. LT24 may amend these terms with 14 days’ notice to clients.
